Tom joined Durell in 2014, moving back to the West Country after 10 years working in finance in London. Tom has been heavily involved in various IT projects throughout his career and firmly believes good IT enables business.

With a wealth of experience in online application development on both the business and IT side, Putri and her team are the bridge between our clients and developers.
James Hart
Business Development Director
Having spent his entire career in insurance businesses, James brings a wealth of insurance experience to the team. Having held senior roles in both brokers and MGAs James has a first hand understanding of our customers’ needs which helps ensure we continue to deliver practical and effective solutions.

Arron joined us in April 2017. When he told us he believed the key to Sales was customer retention through great service we knew he'd be a good fit. Arron's enthusiasm and proven track record over 10 years in the industry will be a huge benefit to us and our customers.
