We currently offer online contract enquiry with the following product providers:
To start using this service you must first register with each of the product providers from whom
you need valuations. It is important to note that each provider has their own requirements, some
needing a username and password (which may or may not be the same one used to log in to the provider’s
website) and others needing a Unipass certificate.
Please note if using a Unipass certificate, you will need one for each person who will be using the
online valuation service. The good news is that these certificates only need to be set-up once, and
the yearly renewal is easy to do. Unipass is an initiative developed by Origo services and certificates
can be obtained free of charge from www.unipass.co.uk. In addition, some providers such as Cofunds have
their own type of digital certificate (theirs can be obtained by emailing integration@cofunds.co.uk).
Therefore we recommend you contact each provider to clarify how you access their online valuation service
(i.e. whether they need certificates, or a username and a password, or whether your current details for
accessing their extranet will be sufficient).
