Reports, Client, Sales Analysis
Use this report to analyse your sales process with regard to
the six standard “actions” in the Client Notes….

enquiry received
- 1st
appointment
- 2nd
or other appointment
- Factfind
complete
- Sale
done
- Case
done
The report is based on the adviser linked to the client
record and commission earned by that adviser in the selected period (i.e.
purchase invoices to the adviser with suitable invoice dates)…

To run the report, starting from Durell’s Main Menu…
- Click
the “Reports” button
- Select
“Sales Analysis” and click the “Proceed” button
- On
the “Sales Analysis” dialogue, shown below…
- Enter
a date range, as required (n.b. Blank to date = all up to that date. Date
to blank = all after that date. Both dates blank = all entries
regardless)
- Tick
all the address sets you wish to include (typically just “Clients,
Individual”)
- Tick
all the advisers you wish to include
- Optionally
save your selections with the “Save” button (and thereafter use the
“Load” button to recall them, and optionally use the save name as the
report title)
- Click
“OK”
