Reports, Client, Complaints
Use this report to list and analyse the complaints made
against your business. You can use it to check for outstanding and overdue complaints,
and order it by category, stage, adviser, etc.

To run the report, starting from Durell’s Main Menu…
- Click
the “Reports” button
- Select
“Complaints” and click the “Proceed” button
- On
the “Print Complaints” dialogue, shown below…
- Enter
a date range, as required (n.b. Blank to date = all up to that date. Date
to blank = all after that date. Both dates blank = all entries
regardless)
- Use
the “Print entries” dropdown to select which complaints to include (e.g. all,
incomplete or overdue)
- Use
the “Order by” dropdown to sequence the report by adviser, stage, date started,
etc
- Optionally
choose to include the complaint details (i.e. their text)
- Click
“OK”
