Reports, Client, Birthday List

Use this report to list your clients with birthdays in a given month. You can choose to order the list by birth date, occupation, etc, and further restrict the selection to just those clients with their mail shot marker set to “Y”, etc.

To run the report, starting from Durell’s Main Menu…

• Click the “Reports” button
• Select “Client Birthday List” and click the “Proceed” button
• On the “Print Options” dialogue, shown above…
• Select the “Print entries” you wish to include
• Select the “Order by” you prefer
• Enter a month range (e.g. May to May)
• Tick the address sets you wish to include
• Optionally group the report by address set or month
• Click “OK”
