Reports, Accounts, KPI Overview

 

The KPI Overview report provides an analysis of…

·        Commission re…

o       gross commission earned for the brokerage by the selected adviser/s and by all advisers

o       commission earned for the actual selected adviser/s and by all advisers

o       net commission earned for the brokerage by the selected adviser/s and by all advisers

·        Policies re…

o       number of clients with policies sold by the selected adviser/s and by all advisers

o       number of policies sold by the selected adviser/s and by all advisers

o       av number of policies per client sold by the selected adviser/s and by all advisers

·        Type of business sold by the selected adviser/s and by all advisers re product type

 

….where, as shown below, figures are given…

 

·        for the selected period (i.e. Commission start date to commission end date)

·        for the year to date (i.e. all items falling in the selected financial year)

·        as the selected adviser/s percentage of total business in the selected period & year to date

 

 

A subsidiary analysis, as shown below, follows the main report to show the breakdown of business by product type…

 

 

To set-up such a report, starting from Durell’s Main Menu…

·        Click the “Reports” button”

·        Click the “Accounts” tab

·        Click the “KPI Overview” option

·        Click the “Proceed” button

·        On the “KPI Overview” dialogue, as shown below…

o       Set the sales and purchase ledger date range (i.e. for posted commission invoices & claw-backs) for the commission period

o       Set the on-risk date range (i.e. for policies & variations, including claw-backs) for the policies period

o       Specify the accounting year start date for the “Year to date” analyses

o       Tick whichever total options you require

o       Use the “Policy / adviser selection” button to select individual or groups of advisers, products, etc (see “Reports, Policy Selector”)

o       Use the “Save” and “Load” buttons to save your set-up for subsequent re-use (see “Reports, Saving Selections”)

o       Click the “OK” button to proceed with your report selections
