After you have logged in for the first time, you will be able to set-up
your own user-names and passwords and delete the demonstration ones (see Set-up, Users). For the first time though, when
you get to the “Login” screen…

Click the “First record” button (leftmost one) to get the first login
name (e.g. “FAY”)

The system related to that name will be displayed at the top left (e.g.
“Login to Financial Adviser”)

Click the “Next” button (beside rightmost one) to get the next login
name (e.g. “GILBERT” to “Login to General Broker”)

Keep clicking the search buttons till you find a name that will login
to the system you wish to view

Click on the password field
·
Type in the password (i.e. HELLO), which is not case sensitive
· Click the “Terms of Use” button to check what you are agreeing to when you use Durell
·
Click the “Accept Terms” button, or press the “Enter” key, to proceed

You
may choose to set-up login names that only display clients belonging to a
specific adviser. In this case you must use the “For Adviser” drop-down to
select the specific adviser. The point of this is to…

Logged-in
Users
You
may wish to check who’s already logged-in to a multi-user system, which for
example, might be licensed for three users in an office that has four staff. To
do so…
You
might then ask one of the displayed users to log out so that you could get on.
Alternatively, if one of the listed users had previously “crashed out” you
might log on in their name again purely so that you could then log them out
cleanly.
