The point of linking is so that afterwards you can easily locate the associated policy. From a technical point of view, linking policies is similar to grouping them, though a link can only exist between two policies, for example…
· A Motor policy linked to a Legal Expense one
· A Mortgage linked to an Endowment
· A Bond linked to an Annuity
To link two policies together, starting from the Main Menu…
· Click the “Policies” button
· Click on and thereby highlight one of the policies to be linked (e.g. by scrolling to it, or using the “Binoculars” button to find it)
· Click the “Signpost” button
· Click “Link policies / Link current policy to another”

· Read then click “OK” on the “Link To Policy” dialogue
· Click on and thereby highlight the other policy to be linked (e.g. by scrolling to it, or using the “Binoculars” button to find it)
Thereafter, any time you’re working on a policy and need to quickly find one linked to it, starting from the Main Menu…
