Email Insurer (and/or Jump to Insurer’s Website)

To send an email to an insurer, or jump to an insurer’s website, starting from the Policies screen, as shown below…

• Click and thereby highlight the policy in question (e.g. Friends Provident)
• Click the “Email” button on the toolbar

Use the buttons on the “Email and Website” pop-up to…

• email the current client, or any other address record
• email the current insurer
• jump to the current insurer’s website

In order to use this facility you must also have email and website addresses entered for each insurer, as shown below…
