Tasks and diary appointments are fully integrated in the Durell Diary and can be sent to others, written to oneself, or broadcast to many or all users.

Tasks, memos and messages are all the same thing…

· A “task” is just another name for a “memo”

· A “memo” is just a “message” sent to oneself

· A “message” is just a “task” or “memo” sent to someone else

Diary Appointments

· Whereas a “task” is something that needs to be done as soon as possible (e.g. order more stationery), a diary “appointment” is something due at a particular time and date (e.g. a dentist appointment).
