You can tell which
appointments and tasks have been completed (i.e. “Done”), because…
·
Tasks have a
tick in their “Done” column tick box
·
In the “List” view
appointments similarly have a tick in their “Done” column tick box
·
In the “Daily”
and “Weekly” views “Done” appointments have a blue bar while incomplete ones
have a red one

To mark a task as “done”, either…
· click its “Done” tick-box on the “Weekly” or “Daily” view
· or double-click it, then click its “Done” tick-box on its “Full Details” view, as shown below
…where you’ll see it retains the date and time of its creation and completion.

To mark an appointment as “done”, either…

· or double-click it, then click its “Done” tick-box on its “Full Details” view, as shown below

You may filter your views so you only see completed or outstanding appointments. Click the “Signpost / Filter” option, then click and thereby tick your preferences with regard to whether…
·
only the “done” records should be displayed
·
only the “outstanding” records should be displayed
·
all the records
should be displayed
The example below
shows the same week as displayed in the first illustration, above, but with all
the “done” items filtered out, so you can clearly see what is still
outstanding. Note how the title of the screen (i.e. “Outstanding Diary entries
for FAY”) indicates your current filter.
