The
diary can be freely re-sized to fill your screen. Just click on a corner,
holding-down the mouse button, then move the mouse and release the button.
Similarly
to re-sizing the entire diary, you can also re-size the proportion of screen
showing tasks. Just click on a vertical or horizontal screen divider,
holding-down the mouse button, then move the mouse and release the button. In
the example of the Daily view, below, the vertical divider has been moved to
the left to maximise the Memos and minimise the Diary.
You
can choose what columns to include for your memos. Use the “Signpost” option
for “Memos / View” or alternatively right-click anywhere in the Memo area and
select “View”, then click and thereby tick the columns you wish to include.
Compared to the example above the one below has very few memo columns.
Click
on any column heading to re-order your memos by that criterion. In the example
above the memos are ordered by Date while they are ordered by Memo (i.e.
reverse-alphabetically) in the example below. If you click the same column
heading a second time you’ll reverse the order (e.g. from A-Z to Z-A, etc).
Note the little “V” marker that indicates the column heading currently used to
sort the memos, and that it points up or down according to the current
direction of order.
