Clients, Rearrange
Address Lines
If your client data has been loaded automatically (e.g. via
Durell’s “Set-up, Import Addresses”)
and some address lines are blank or in the wrong order, you can easily
re-arrange them. To do so, starting from the Client Details screen with the
faulty record displayed…
- Click
the “>” button next to “Family group”
- This
will activate the “Link Records” pop-up, shown below, with the current faulty
record displayed
- Click
on the line of address to move (e.g. “Combe Florey”, shown below)
- With
the “Alt” key held down use the “Up-arrow” or “Down-arrow” key to relocate
the line
- Repeat
the above to rearrange any other faulty lines
- Click
“Save” when done
