A Record (For Spouse)
You
may wish to copy a record so that you can re-use it for a child or spouse
living at the same address. Starting from the original record…
- Click the word “Record”
on the menu line
- Click the “Copy
record/s…” menu item
- Ignore the option to “Pass
mailshot details”
- Click “OK”

You’ll
get a copy of the original, but with clear fields for the search name, the
first address line, salutation and birth date. Note the option to copy the
mailshot fields, if selected, would also copy the values in the 12
user-definable mailshot fields towards the bottom of the screen.
