Claims, Ways To Access

Click the “Claims” button on the Main Menu to access the scrolling list of all claims. Alternatively, if you’re in one of the address set screens (e.g. Individual Clients) or on the scrolling list of policies, to go to claims…

· Click the “Burning House” button on the toolbar

If you do the latter from an address set record the claims list will initially only show that person’s claims. To reset it to all claims...

· Click the “Signpost” button

· Select “Claims / All clients”

· Use the “Binoculars” button to select, sequence and/or find existing claims

Yet another route to claims from the scrolling list of policies is…

· Click the “Signpost” button

· Click “General / Claims / Display / All or Current policy
